PHASE 1 |
This document reflects Rollar.ca as it operates today: a digital marketplace where Rollar Digital CA sells its own original products directly to buyers at USD $1.00 each. Future features such as the Creator Marketplace, Rollar Pass subscription, and physical merchandise will be covered in a separate update once those features are live. |
1. BUYER POLICIES
1.1 Pricing & Purchase Model
• All digital products on Rollar.ca are priced at USD $1.00 per download.
• The price you see is the price you pay — USD $1.00, always. No surprises at checkout.
• Each download grants personal access to the purchased file (maximum 3 download attempts per purchase).
|
💰 SIMPLE PRICING |
Every product on Rollar.ca costs exactly USD $1.00. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout. |
1.2 Refund & Return Policy
• Due to the digital nature of our products, Rollar.ca does NOT offer refunds once a download has been completed. All sales are final. However, customers are allowed up to 3 download attempts. After the third download attempt, access may require a new purchase.
• This policy is standard in the digital products industry and is clearly communicated prior to purchase.
• EXCEPTIONS — A refund will be processed in the following cases:
→ Technical system failure preventing download completion after payment — Full refund within 3–5 business days
→ Duplicate charge due to platform error — Refund of duplicate charge within 3–5 business days
→ Corrupted or damaged file that cannot be opened — Refund or file replacement within 3–5 business days
• To request an exception refund, contact: rollar.ca@outlook.com
|
IMPORTANT |
Refunds will NOT be issued for: “I didn’t like the product”, “It wasn’t what I expected”, or any subjective reason. Previews are available to help buyers make informed decisions before purchasing. |
1.3 Content Quality
• Rollar reviews all files before publishing to ensure they are safe and functional.
• Rollar does not guarantee that a product will meet a buyer's subjective expectations.
• We recommend reviewing previews and descriptions before each purchase.
1.4 Permitted Use of Downloaded Products
• Purchased products may be used for personal or commercial purposes, as indicated on the product listing.
• Redistributing, reselling, or re-uploading purchased products as your own is strictly prohibited.
• A purchase grants a licence to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.
2. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
• Rollar collects only the data necessary to operate: name, email, country, and payment details.
• No personal data will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Payment data is processed by certified payment gateways. Rollar does not store card details.
• Users may request deletion of their account and data by writing to: rollar.ca@outlook.com
• Rollar.ca complies with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) of Canada.
3. ACCOUNT & ACCESS
• Rollar reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these policies.
• Grounds for suspension include: fraud, illegal activity, or platform abuse.
• Users may appeal a suspension by writing to rollar.ca@outlook.com within 10 business days of notification.
