Refund policy

 Due to the digital nature of our products, Rollar.ca does NOT offer refunds once a download has been completed. All sales are final. However, customers are allowed up to 3 download attempts. After the third download attempt, access may require a new purchase.

  This policy is standard in the digital products industry and is legally valid when clearly communicated prior to purchase.

  EXCEPTIONS — A refund will be processed in the following cases:

  Technical system failure preventing download completion after payment — Full refund within 3–5 business days

  Duplicate charge due to platform error — Refund of duplicate charge within 3–5 business days

  Corrupted or damaged file that cannot be opened — Refund or file replacement within 3–5 business days
